Phase I

• State-of-the-art communication systems - The project’s deep fibre optic cabling features include high-speed internet access, video-on-demand, direct satellite communication access, multiple-vendor, video conferencing facilities and emergency electrical back-up.
• Gray water treatment – A water circulation that is incorporated in every project within Abdali, which collects and treats gray water from showers and sinks, and re-uses it for flushing and irrigation purposes.
• Energy efficiency – District heating and cooling provided by Jordan District Energy optimizes power efficiency, reduces electrical peak demand, minimizes heat transfer losses while fostering environmentally-friendly practices.

Furthermore, Abdali supports and encourages developers to attain LEED certification which verifies that a building project is environmentally responsible.
