Zahira opens its doors to the public on May 15th at the H Hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road. Zahira is Chef Greg Malouf’s latest project and it promises to show diners a stylish take on traditional Middle Eastern dishes. The menu presents traditional Levantine dishes as artistic expressions, taking guests on a journey through the different courses outlined as the Art of Mezza, Art of Sharing, Art of the Garden and finishing the meal with a trip through the Art of Sweet Design and Tradition. For those adventurous souls looking for something unique, the Art of Feasting option is a nine-course tasting menu which will change regularly.

سيتم إفتتاح مطعم زاهرة في شهر مايو 2017 في فندق ذا إتش في شارع الشيخ زايد في إمارة دبي. زاهرة هو من أهم المشريع التي قام بها الشيف اللبناني العالمي غريغ معلوف. يتميز هذا المشروع بأنه سيقدم لزواره تجربة الطعام الشرق أوسطي التقليدي بطريقة عصرية. ستحتوي قائمة الطعام على الأطباق الشامية العريقة و ستقدم بطريقة فنية تشكيلية.
