Yoga, Karate & Ayurveda

I am Vasavan Kumaran Mancharambath and people call me Vasavan. I have been practising yoga for over 20 years and found the transformative effect of the practice of emotional and physical wellbeing, such that I was inspired to train as a teacher under the guidance of my Masters V.T Sugathan and D.Pradeep, who are also my Karate & Kick boxing masters.My chief Karate master is Shihan P.A Abdul Rasheed (Thrissur - Kerala - India)

My approach to yoga is to use the practice as an anchor of awareness in an ever more fragmented world,
to help students stay connected to their true selves, through their body, mind and spirit.
My work as an Ayurvedic therapist has led to explore the benefits of diet, movement and breath as holistic tools to help us skilfully navigate life's changes.
My classes are Hatha based and take a gentle approach to asana and pranayama.
The classes provide an accessible practice for beginner and intermediate students to explore and develop their body/mind connection.
