“South North” Tea Garden - Dahab

Located in the Mashraba Area of Dahab, the “South North” Tea Garden is a
genuine oasis of calm, serenity, beauty and, of course, tea (“chai” to the
locals) in the very heart of this wonderful Bedouin town.

At the entrance is a traditional style Egyptian coffee and tea shop, where
you can join the locals to enjoy your black tea and Shisha (Egyptian water
pipe) while watching football and movies on the big screen TV.

Beyond are the real delights!

You will find yourself in a little oasis, an oriental flavoured garden,
where you can lay back and relax on cosy cushions or comfortable sofas in
a Bedouin style tent, while the tea spiced with “Habak” brews on an open
fire.

The menu offers over 50 kinds of teas! We have black, white and green
tea, as well as herbal teas, and many kinds of other delicious brews such
as, Oolong, Jasmine and Mate tea. You can also enjoy a coffee or a fresh
made fruit juice.

A must for the many Scuba divers who come to is Dahab’s first “Oxygen Bar”
where you can “gas” about your days diving, while “off-gassing” by sipping
on O2 through a Shisha pipe!

One other highlight is the playground for children with many different
types of hammocks. It’s an excellent place for families and mothers who
like to have a cup of tea and a rest for a moment.

There is free Wi-Fi, an internet station and a large library from which
you are welcome to borrow any book while you enjoy our hospitality.
