Saudi Binladin Group Operation & Maintenance Division - SBG O&M

تأسست مجموعة بن لادن السعودية في أواخر الثمانينات (1988) وبعد سنتين من التأسيس إستحوذت المجموعة على الشركة السعودية للخدمات المحدودة (SSCL) وذلك كشركة متضامنة (1990). وفي نفس العام أسست المجموعة شركة تشغيل وصيانة خاصة بها تحت إسم الشركة السعودية المتحدة للخدمات (USMS).

في العام 1991 إختارت المجموعة أن تقوم بأعمال التشغيل والصيانة من خلال قسم تابع لها مباشرة بينما تبقى الشركة السعودية للخدمات المحدودة (SSCL) والشركة السعودية المتحدة للصيانة والخدمات (USMS) تعملان بشكل مستقل كشركتين متخصصتين الأولى في الأعمال الإلكتروميكانيكية والأعمال المدنية والمعمارية وأمن المنشآت والأمن الصناعي، وأما الثانية ففي أعمال الزراعة والتشجير والتجميل والخدمات العامة.

Saudi Binladin Group Operation & Maintenance Division (SBG O&M) was established at the end of the eighties (1988). Two years later, Saudi Binladin Group (SBG) acquired Saudi Services Co. Ltd (SSCL) as a Joint venture entity, and decided to establish a wholly owned subsidiary United Saudi Maintenance & Services Company (USMS).

In 1991, the Board of Directors of (SBG) took the decision to aggregate the Facilities Management Services within the SBG O&M division while SSCL and USMS, the affiliate companies, were directed to center their activities in various Specialized Services as follows:

SSCL in the fields of Electro-Mechanical, Industrial,Public Safety, and Industrial Security.
USMS in the fields of Horticulture, Irrigation, Landscaping, Civil & Architectural, and General Services.
