Group: YOUR HEALTH WEEK - ultimate re-fueling stay for both body and soul !

Enjoy a week containing daily yoga, meditation, gentle calibration of your body plus muscle-strengthening exercises.

We offer you ideal surroundings by the Red Sea with the most extravagant blue/green colour-scheme. All yoga-sessions are taking place at sun-rise on a little island of grass on the quay with the most fantastic view over the sea, it is like balsam for both body and soul. Calibration of your body and muscle-strengthening exercises are taking place on the balcony of out 364 sqm beautiful apartment with full view of the Red Sea and the marine where all the beautiful yachts are moored.

NUTRITION:
We prepare the meals together, which gives you a good insight in and knowledge about the anti-inflammatory commodities and how your food can be prepared back home.

Most of the commodities are anti-inflammatory fruit and vegetables. The animal proteins like fish, lobster, salmon, shrimps etc. are we purchasing in the local fishermens wharf situated only 200 m from our apartment. Meat and poultry are we getting at the local butcher.

You return to your everyday with a greater insight in and understanding of your health.
