Pandora's Jar

Pandora's Jar is a small Sanctuary for injured, unwanted, or unwell reptiles/amphibians. After being rehabilitated some of them get rehoused, while others become longtime friends and/or family and stay here with us! Don't be fooled, though, as we do have a wide set of our own pets that will be sneaking into this page as well.

Pandora's Jar is not only just a place for rehabilitating, or well taken care of animals. It is also a place where you can come to get complete care guides, sheets, videos, and a plethora of information on these bewildering creatures. We update our page daily on how to take care of your pets. The common mistakes for novice reptile keepers. As well as the do's and don'ts of species, housing, and breeding!

Things such as breeding feeder bugs and insects will be covered in this page on top of diets and supplements for the picky eaters.

We are also dedicated to one day growing this into a larger business. For now, though, we are a non-profit organization that is just looking to take in and shelter these scaly babies. From Gecko's, Bearded Dragons, Iguanas, Agamas, Snakes, Packman Frogs and many many more, we're positive you will take something amazing from this page. Hopefully, one day we will have a large list of adopters!

So far the list of reptiles and amphibians in our care:

Nirvana - Hyop citrus adult female bearded dragon. Our Queen.

Pandora - Unsure of this ones morph, but this one is younger and a male bearded dragon. Our boy.

Malfoy - Our big male leopard gecko.

Luna - A Mack Snow Eclipse with what we believe might have W/Y as well. She is being rehabilitated and we are only partially sure she will make it.

Cypris - A Sunglow female gecko who came to us with shed stuck on her toe. She is in good health and will more than likely go on to have babies and be a breeder. :)

Wednesday - Blazing Blizzard Eclipse, female. Came in perfectly healthy, though was nearly taken by the previous owner who neglected Luna. Luckily, we got to Wednesday before she could obtain her.

Pumpkin - An incredibly large adult amber cornsnake that now measures around 5 1/2'

October - Another cornsnake with a morph or coloring that we do not recognize and have not been able to 100% rule out what she is. This one is still young.

Trevor - Our green pacman frog.

Felix - Albino packman frog (gender unknown)

Atlas - Giant Spiny Madagascar Chameleon/Warty Chameleon. Female.

Erevan - He is a Jeweled Lacerta. Just an itty bitty thing right now.
