After winning the hearts of millions of Indian food lovers across thee globe, Moti Mahal Master Franchise has been taken by Asas Aljood in Saudi Arabia in the year 2014 to provide quality Indian food on very pocket friendly budget across Saudi Arabia.
The hallmark of Moti Mahal Saudi Arabia is its uncompromising standard of quality and consistency. It is the first franchisee of Moti Mahal where all the chefs and Food & Beverage staff are trained by the parent company. In order to maintain the standard across all the operational departments of Moti Mahal Saudi Arabia, The GM of Moti Mahal corporate office India had taken up the responsibility along with the expansion plan. All his staff members including executive chef, managers & front line staff are trained from the headquarters of Moti Mahal India.
Initially they opened two outlets. The first outlet is in Automoto Mall with central kitchen; it has both dine-in and home delivery facility with catering to parties, get together, corporate function etc. The second outlet is in Al-Rashid Mall 3rd Floor, with take away & home delivery facility. Due to high demand and rising popularity, Moti Mahal Saudi Arabia management planned to open a third outlet at Corniche, Al-Khobar with family section and catering to high end clientele. This will be operational by the end of November this year.
