Marzooq Al Shamlan & Sons (MSS) is a well established watch retailing and distribution company, established in 1956, in the State of Qatar. Over the last five decades, MSS has grown to be one of the foremeost watch retailers in the country, catering to various market segments.

MSS, the parent company is operating 4 Retail Formats namely CRONO, CRONO FASHION and WATCH CORNER.

CRONO caters midle and upper price bracket.
CRONO FASHION is for the fashion savvy and trendy youngsters.
WATCH CORNER targets budget-conscious customers.

MSS has so far roped in over 30 major International brands for its retails stores. It is the major local supplier for 10 prominent brands at Doha International Airport Duty Free, at Arrival and Departure lounge while maintaining harmonious relationship with the management for over 10 years.


HISTORY
The business which started off with one brand, one man and one retail outlet has come a very long way since inception, with over 30 brands and a network of 50 dealers.

The first showroom opened at Souq Waqif in Doha in 1956 with only 1 employee. Marzooq Shamlan, waas the visionary behind the business. Under the able guidance of his son and Managing Director, Mohammed Shamlan, today the retail footprint of MSS includes 25 outlets across Qatar and Bahrain.

With a fully-automated, climate-controlled warehouse, MSS was the first retailer to put in place such a facility in Qatar. In the league of firsts, and strongly believing in the changing shopping habits of consumer, MSS was also the first watch retailer to move into Qatar's first shopping center, The Mall.
