بدأت القصة في القدس عام 1947 عندما اختار الحاج محمود حبيبه العمل في مجال صناعة الحلويات ، فقدم من نابلس وعمل كصانع في محل للكنافة في باب الخليل بالقدس ، وفي العام 1948 انتقل الى الأردن ليعمل في مدينة عمان.
