Get Fit, Get Healthy, Get Outdoors!

With DesertFit, we are going to get moving and motivated in some of Dhahran's finest outdoor locations! Using exercise techniques aimed at developing strength and cardiovascular fitness, agility, and flexibility, classes will be motivating and fun. We want to see you become stronger (let's carry those kids!), leaner (yes to skinny jeans!), and have more stamina (TAG- you're it!). Incorporating exercise into your daily routine can also have some pleasant side-effects: stress reduction, improved self-confidence, boosted brain power and memory, better sleep, and a jump in mood = SUPERMOMS!
As a mom of three young children I love making fitness a family affair, therefore the classes are held at playgrounds throughout the compound so that your little ones can come along and play, watching their role-model mom be healthy and strong!
