Move over trendy coffee drinks and make way for the new Global craze. Finally there's a drink that you can actually EAT! For the first-timers, ordering a Bubble Tea can be an Event. What makes bubble tea so special is the tapioca pearl aka Boba, which are about the size of actual pearls or small marble balls and they have a consistency that resembles a gummy bear (SOFT and CHEWY).

The tapioca balls sink to the bottom of the cup waiting to be easily sipped right back up through an extra wide straw. YUM! The original bubble tea is made up of a hot Taiwanese black tea, tapioca pearls, condensed milk, and honey bundled together into the delicious "MILK TEA"!!!

As it became more popular, variations of it were created. Initially iced versions with a hint of peach or plum flavoring began to appear, and then more fruit flavors were added until, in some variations the tea was removed entirely in favor of just the fruity taste, and we call them FRUITY TEA's without the TEA!!!

BUBBLE TEAS represent all the milk based flavors, such as the original MILK TEA called the Bubble Milk Tea (traditional Assam Milk Tea with Tapioca pearls) Green Milk Tea (the Traditional Jasmine Green Milk Tea with Tapioca pearls) and other milk teas such as the Taro, the coconut, the chocolate, and the Honey Milk tea!
