Biryani & Kebabi is a new restaurant venture designed and developed by Al Sabah & Kohli Group. When you are in the mood for good times and great succulent cuisine, be sure to check us out! Our restaurant is located in Arabia Mall within Eaqila (next to Gate Mall), one of Kuwait's most pleasant setting areas and it is known for its delightful staff and superb international cuisine with a twist.
While the word Biryani & Kebabi is Farsi in origin, it has over time been adopted by different regions in India and the Middle East as their own. Every region gives its own flavor and style, from the sweet aromas of the Kashmiri Biryani to the spicy Biryani of the fabled Malabar Coast and the universally loved Persian Kebabs to Tandoori Kebabs. The variety of spices and the tastes derived thereof are the essence of the cuisine offered at Biryani & Kebabi.
RESTAURANT
This modern concept is prepared with the utmost attention given towards natural earthy and serene design, authentic taste and fresh flavor. Using a blend of spices, the flavorful food is cooked either in the Tandoor, the Clay Cooking Pot, Karahi or on the Grill and delivered in surroundings that relaxes mind and body.
