نبذة عن المصنع

تعتبر مجموعة مصانع طارق نقادي للمنتجات الإسمنتية ( الرياض ، ينبع النخل ، الهيئة الملكية بينبع ) من رواد صناعة المنتجات الإسمنتية بالمملكة العربية السعودية. تم تأسيس المصنع خلال العام 1977م وهو مملوك بالكامل للشيخ طارق محمد إبراهيم نقادي . حصل المصنع على ترخيص بموجب قوانين حماية وتشجيع المنتجات الوطنية السعودية لإنتاج كافة أنواع المنتجات الإسمنتية بينبع والرياض ، ومنتجاته الأساسية هي الأنابيب الخرسانية المسلحة المبطنة وغير المبطنة ، أنابيب الثقب الأفقى ، أنظمة غرف التفتيش للمجاري / الكهرباء / الاتصالات ، جميع المنتجات الإسمنتية تحت سقف واحد ! مصنعنا مورد معتمد للمؤسسات الحكومية ومؤسسات القطاع الخاص بما في ذلك وزارة المياه والصرف الصحي/ وزارة النقل / البلديات/ وزارة الزراعة/ الهيئة الملكية/ أرامكو/ الاتصالات السعودية/ موبايلي ... الخ. تم تطوير مصانعنا وتزويدها بأحدث تقنيات صناعة المنتجات الإسمنتية ونفتخر بأننا قد حصلنا على شهادة الأيزو للجودة 9001-2008 وعضوية اتحاد أنابيب الثقب الأفقى – لندن. لدينا أيضاً تعاون فني مع شركات أوربية حول آخر تقنيات الصناعة في هذا المجال. نوفر منتجاتنا لكل دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي بما يستوفي متطلباتهم. فضلاً عن توفيرنا للمنتجات الإسمنتية لكافة مناطق المملكة العربية السعودية من خلال مصانعنا بالرياض وينبع. ولا تزال أعمال التوسع لتغطية الطلب المتزايد في السوق.

كلمة الرئيس
يعززمصنع طارق نقادي للمنتجات الإسمنية وجوده بالمملكة من خلال توسيع مرافقه في ينبع والرياض وضخ استثمارات كبيرة في الماكينات والمعدات الجديدة من أجل تغطية الطلب المتزايد داخل المملكة العربية السعودية وبقية دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي. اعتمد علينا السوق خلال السنوات الماضية نظراً لمستوى أدائنا وارتفاع مبيعاتنا مع الطفرة العمرانية بالمملكة ونعتقد أن هذا التوجه سوف يستمر في المستقبل. لدينا ثلاث وحدات إنتاجية بالمملكة العربية السعودية على مساحة إجمالية 300.000م2 ويشمل ذلك مصنع الرياض على مساحة 40.000م2 وينبع على مساحة 200.000م2 ومرفق آخر على مساحة 60.000م2 في منطقة الصناعات الخفيفة ، الهيئة الملكية ، بمدينة ينبع الصناعية. تشتمل مصانعنا على مصنع آلي لإنتاج البلوك ومصانع لأنابيب وغرف التفتيش من أوماغ- ألمانيا / بيدر شاب الدنمارك إضافة إلى مصانع الخرسانة الجاهزة من ألمانيا مزودة بأحدث أنظمة المعالجة وتحتوي على رافعات قنطرة، رافعات أبراج ، رافعات متحركة ورافعات رأسية عديدة إلى جانب أنظمة المعالجة بالبخار. نظراً لوجود مصنعنا في ينبع الذي يتوسط منطقتي جدة والمدينة المنورة ، نستطيع تقديم عروض أسعار معقولة لشركات المقاولات وتسليم منتجاتنا الإسمنتية في الوقت المطلوب بمواقع
لدينا خطط مستقبلية لاستثمار المزيد من الآليات المتطورة ، حيث نتملك مساحات واسعة لتشوين المواد الخاصة بالإنتاج ومساحات كافية لتخزين المنتجات النهائية داخل مصانعنا. نركز في الوقت الراهن على تحسين جودة منتجاتنا عبر تطبيق المعايير العلمية الأوربية في كل منتجاتنا.
حصلنا على شهادة أيزو 9001-2008 للجودة وعضوية اتحاد الثقب الأفقى للأنابيب – لندن ، المملكة المتحدة ، تشتمل منتجاتنا على نطاق واسع من المنتجات الإسمنتية التي تتوافق مع المقاييس السعودية والعالمية ، لدينا منتجات إسمنتية متنوعة تشمل الأنابيب الخرسانية المسلحة تتراوح أقطارها الداخلية بين 300مم إلى 3.600مم ، أنابيب خرسانية مسلحة مبطنة وغير مبطنة من (بولي كلوريد الفينيل والبوليثلين) بقطر داخلي يتراوح ما بين 800مم إلى 3600 مم ، ومواسير الثقب الأفقى مبطنة بزجاج البوليستر المقوى (قطرها الداخلي من 500مم إلى 3.600مم) وأنظمة غرف تفتيش مبطنة من بولي كلوريد الفينيل، والبوليثلين وزجاج البوليستر المقوى لأنظمة المجاري والاتصالات وأنظمة غرف تفتيش الكهرباء .
تم عرض منتجاتنا بمعرض بوما 2007م ( المعرض الأوربي – ألمانيا) من خلال منتجي ماكيناتنا السادة/ بيدرشاب ايه اس الدنمارك وقد حصلنا على تجاوب واسع وتشجيع من مجتمع الأعمال التجارية الدولية ذو العلاقة بصناعتنا ممن زاروا صالة عرضنا. كما كانت مشاركتنا ناجحة في معرض BIG5 للإنشاءات بدبي- الإمارات العربية المتحدة ومعرض قطر للبناء 2009 حيث استقطبنا رجال الأعمال بالشرق الأوسط إلى مجال إنتاجنا .
نقوم بإنتاج وتركيب الأسوار ، البلكات المتراكبة ، وبلكات الرصف بمختلف الأشكال والألوان ، منتجات الزخرفة ، مثل الأرضيات والجدران المتقاطعة ، حواجر الطرق نيو جرسي ومصدات عجلات السيارات ، توريد وتركيب المباني الجاهزة وتشييد المباني التجارية والسكنية المتوسطة الحجم.
لقد تمكنا بفضل الجودة العالية لمنتجاتنا وخدمات العملاء الموثوقة ، مدعومة بالتعاون الفني مع شركات أوربية ، من المشاركة في العديد من المشروعات بالمملكة العربية السعودية ودولة الإمارات والكويت وقطر والبحرين وعمان.
تأسست المصانع عام 1977م برأسمال وأيادي سعودية 100% ويبلغ حجم القوى العاملة لدينا 450 من مختلف الجنسيات إلى جانب المرافق الإنتاجية الثلاث ، لدينا مكتب للمبيعات بجدة ومكاتب تمثيل في أماكن أخرى من دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي. تمكنا بفضل خبرتنا الطويلة -33 عاماً ، والبحوث والتطوير المستمر في مجال الصناعات الإسمنتية ، وبدعم من شركائنا التجاريين وفريقنا المخلص والمتمرس من تحقيق جودة عالية في كل منتجاتنا، نفخر بأننا الأول في مجالنا ونستوفي مقاييس الجودة والاعتراف الدولي وأننا من رواد صناعة المنتجات الخرسانية في الشرق الأوسط.

The factory was established during 1977 and it is 100% owned by Shaikh Tarik Mohamed Ibrahim Nagadi. The factory has been licensed under the Saudi Arabian National Industries Protection & Encouragement regulations to produce all types of concrete products in Yanbu & Riyadh – Mainly, Lined & Non Lined Reinforced Concrete Pipes, Jacking Pipes, Sewer & Storm water Electrical & Telecommunication Manhole System – All Concrete Products Under One Roof! We are approved suppliers for the Governmental & Private Enterprises including Ministry of Water & Sewerage Authority / Ministry of Transportation / Baladiya / Ministry of Agriculture / Royal Commission / ARAMCO / STC & Mobily etc., Our factories have been upgraded to the latest technologies of concrete manufacturing and proud to say, that we are an ISO 9001-2008 certified organization and member of Pipe Jacking Association – London. We have also technical collaboration with European Companies for the latest development in the industry. We also supplying our products to all the GCC countries meeting their specifications in addition we are covering our supplies within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, from our Plants in Riyadh & Yanbu. Further expansion is going on to cater the increasing demand in the market.

President’s Address:


T NAGADI Preformed Concrete Factory is boosting its presence in the kingdom by expanding its facilities at Yanbu & Riyadh and making major investments in new machinery and equipment, in a bid to cater to the increasing demands within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and other GCC Countries.

Business has been looking up for us over the past years with our performance levels and sales have been increasing as the construction sector booming in Saudi Arabia. We expect this trend to continue further.

We have three modern production units in Saudi Arabia covering a total factory area of 300,000 square meters, including a 40,000 sq m plant in Riyadh, a 200,000 sq m plant in Yanbu as well as a 60,000 sq m facility in the Light Industrial Park – Royal Commission - at Madinat Yanbu AI Sinayah.

Our factories are having automatic block production plants and pipe & Manhole plants from Omag Germany / Pedershaab Denmark as well as a precast plants from Germany, equipped with all modern handling systems including several gantry cranes, tower cranes, mobile cranes, many overhead cranes, and steam curing systems.

With our Yanbu plant being very centrally located, between Jeddah & Madinah Munawara, we can ensure more costeffective proposals to contractors and timely deliveries of our concrete products to construction sites in the western region.

Over the coming years, we plan to invest further in sophisticated machineries, as we have a huge area to stock materials for the production and ample space to stock finished products at our plant. We also currently focusing on enhancing the quality of our products implementing Saudi and International standard.

We are an ISO 900l-2008 - certified organization & Member of Pipe Jacking Association in London, United Kingdom. We manufacture a wide range of concrete products in compliance with Saudi and international standards. We have a diverse product portfolio that includes reinforced concrete pipes ranging from 300 mm to 3,600 mm inner diameter, PVC/ PE (polyvinylchloride and polyethylene) and GRP (glass-reinforced polyester) lined reinforced concrete pipes (800 mm to 3,600 mm inner diameter), PVC/PE and GRP-lined jacking pipes (500 mm to 3,600 mm inner diameter) PVC/PE and GRP lined sewer manhole system, telecommunication manholes and hand holes, and electrical manhole systems.

Our products have been exhibited in the Bauma 2007 (European Exhibition – Germany) through our Machine Manufacturer M/s Pedershaab A/s Denmark and we have received very good response and encouragement from the International Business Community related to our industry, who has visited our stand. In addition our participation in the BIG 5 Construction Exhibition in Dubai, U. A. E,Qatar build 2009 also was very successful and attracted the Middle East businessmen in our field of industry,

We are involved in the production and installation of fence wall panels; interlocking blocks and pavers in different shapes and colours, beautification products such as floor and cross walls, New Jersey road barriers and wheel stoppers, supply and installation of precast buildings and the construction of medium-size conventional commercial and residential buildings.

The factory’s high-quality products and dependable customer service, backed by technical collaboration with European companies, has helped us to participate in many projects within Saudi Arabia as well as in the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar,Bahrain and Oman.

The Factories established in 1977 and are 100 per cent Saudi owned and staffed organization with a strength of 450 employees of different nationalities. Apart from its three production facilities, we have a sales office in Jeddah, as well as representation offices in the other parts of GCC countries. Our 33 Years of Experience along with continuous research and development in the field of Concrete Industry, with support from our international business associates and our dedicated experienced team, enabled us to maintain very good quality in our production. We are proud to say that we are the first in our industry meeting quality standards and international recognition and we are one of the leading group of concrete manufacturers in the Middle East.

Reason behind our growth is the strength of our customers, who had been supporting us since years, and the services of our team supporting our clients for the accomplishment of the projects on time, with minimal cost.
